Mr./ Reda Elghandour – the formal speaker of Alexandria Port declared that the department of ships movement had decided at 10:30 AM in the morning today thursday 14 February 2019 to close the strait of Alexandria and ElDekheila ports because of the wind speed to the ratios which will not allow to move the launches and getting up and down the pilots to and from ship in secure figure.
