The Authority announces the launch of the public auction for the process of shredding, scrapping and purchasing the product of shredding, scrapping and salvaging of shipwrecks (EGASCO Fortune - Abu Al Hassan - Al Idrisi). / (11) Previously - twelve o'clock in the afternoon - and the booklet of conditions and specifications is purchased from the commercial administration on the third floor in the same building according to an application (attached with a copy of the company's tax card) in the amount of 399 pounds (three hundred ninety-nine pounds) in addition to (14% value tax Added + Martyrs Honor Fund + Disabled Support), auction entry insurance 200,000 pounds (two hundred thousand pounds), and all dues of the authority are paid in the auction session in accordance with Law No. 182 of 2018 and its executive regulations, and the final insurance percentage according to the booklet of terms and specifications. The provisions of Law No. 182 of 2018 regarding the law regulating contracts concluded by public authorities and its executive regulations complement this announcement. The Authority announces a public auction for a period of three years

The authority announces a public auction for a period of three years to offer the right to exploit cafeterias, buffets, shops, and administrative and commercial offices in Alexandria Port outside the customs office in the fifth region, and its statement is as follows: -

1- Logistics building: Consists of (8) shops with an area of 26 m2 for each store + (cafeteria "restaurant", office and toilet) with an area of 163 m

2-Cafeteria building: Consists of (3) shops with an area of 21 m2 for each store + (cafeteria "restaurant", office and toilet) with an area of 114 m2

3- External Services Building (Ring): It consists of two floors (first floor): with [5 stores with an area of 15.5 m 2 for each store + (office and toilet) with an area of 7.25 m 2], (second floor): with [ (office and toilet) with an area of 7.25 m 2 A unit with an area of 15.5 m 2, a unit with an area of 125 m 2 ]. Securing the entry to the auction (primary insurance) is as follows:-

1- Insurance for shops in the amount of 10,000 EGP (ten thousand pounds)

2- Securing [the unit with an area of 125 m2 and (cafeteria, office and bathroom)] in the amount of 22,500 pounds (twenty-two thousand five hundred pounds).

3- Insurance (office and toilet) in the amount of 5,000 pounds (five thousand pounds).

The bidding session will be held on Monday, corresponding to 31/1/2022, on the third floor, upper floor, in the headquarters of the authority, next to the door (4) Customs / (11) formerly - twelve noon - and the tender and specifications brochure is purchased from the commercial administration on the third floor in the same building according to an application (attached to it).
