Opening the strait of Alexandria and Dekheila ports and regular movement of ships, trucks and goods
Reda El-Ghandour, spokesman for the General Authority of Alexandria Port, said that the traffic department at the port decided at ten in the morning, Saturday, January 4, 2020, to open the strait after a slight improvement in the weather conditions, wind speed, wave height, and the visibility as they reached the rates that allow the entry and exit of ships to and from the port. The port authorities immediately started entering the moored ships on the outer anchor, according to the priority of their moorings.
