The movement of navigation and cargo handling in Alexandria Port Authority witnessed a great activity during the last 48 hour s where more than 3,180 imported and exported TEUs were handled during 48, and more than 183 thousand tons of cargo of various types of cargo and strategic commodities were traded from liquid and dry bulk and general merchandise. At the same time the navigational movement in Alexandria and El Dekheila ports witnessed remarkable activity, as 56 ships entered and exited to the berths of the two ports within 48 hours, and work is currently underway to charge and discharge 28 ships.
