Due to bad weather, high waves, wind speed and air pressure, and for the preserving of persons and property, it was decided to close Alexandria Port Authority Strait today, Monday January 18, 2021, until the weather conditions improves, Captain \ Tariq Shaheen, Chairman of Alexandria Port Authority directed all concerned departments to be more ready of readiness and continue to follow up the weather observations periodically for taking all precautionary measures to preserve persons and properties.
