In a related context, the navigational movement and the movement of goods circulation in the Alexandria Port General Authority have been organized during the past forty-eight hours; The total imported and exported cargo in Alexandria and Dekheila ports amounted to approximately 263,000 tons, and the number of imported and exported containers reached 1451 TEUs. The total number of arrival and departure ships reached 54 during the past forty-eight hours. As for the number of ships currently carrying out loading and unloading operations in Alexandria and Dekheila ports, it has reached 23 ships, including container ships, petroleum and general cargo.
