Shaheen explained that Egypt has adopted during the last period many huge projects to enhance its trade with African countries, such as the shipping corridor linking Lake Victoria with the Mediterranean Sea, as well as the project linking Alexandria and Khartoum, which will enhance trade exchange between Egypt and Sudan, as well as the project, which is the largest of its kind, which is The land road between Cairo and Cape Town, with a length of 9,700 km. 7/15/2020 Shaheen also confirmed that the Alexandria Ports Authority will continue to establish and support major investment projects.
