Alexandria Port Authority witnessed a remarkable activity in cargoes handling and shipping movement during the last 48 hours where the total amount of handling cargoes import & Export in Alexandria and ElDekheila ports are 230 thousand ton and number of handling containers import and export reached to be 2016 teu in the same time the total number arrival and departure ships reached to be 49 ships during the last 48 hours, and about the ships which do the operations of stevedoring in Alexandria and ElDakheila ports reached to be 32 ships among containers, petroleum and general cargoes ships, Also the berths of passengers marine station in Alexandria port received on Monday morning the tourism ships (Blue Sapphire) in its second trip through its chain of marine tourist trips call Alexandria port during November in this year, Captain \ Tarek Shaheen Chairman of A.P.A has stressed to do all the security & safety procedures, precautionary & protective procedures to face corona virus also keeping the environment standards and cleanliness of land & water surface.13/9/2021
